We believe that bringing together a critical mass of women leaders creates a new force to address the challenges of our societies.

The creation of the Women’s Forum reflects the increasing awareness that:

The most successful economies and societies are the ones where women are best integrated The growing role of women in every walk of life is changing the functioning of our societies and economies The contribution of women – along with that of their male counterparts – is a prerequisite for addressing in an optimum way today’s global challenges.

 This new international platform brings a new tone and a new vibrancy to the discussion of crucial issues.

OBJECTIVES

The Women’s Forum for the Economy and Society was created by Aude Zieseniss de Thuin:

To highlight and enhance women’s contribution to the economy and society, as well as provide new approaches on issues of global relevance
To provide new approaches to issues of global relevance
To create a global community of awareness and knowledge on issues relevant to women’s leadership role
To bring together women leaders, and their male peers, with the objective of achieving a 2/3 female, 1/3 male representation.
