The Rising Talents Programme aims at creating every year an international network of 20 to 30 talented women between 25 and 35 years old coming from economic, political, research, civil society and artistic fields from all 5 continents, in order to identify the talents of tomorrow. 20 women have been selected in 2007 and one of them received a 30 000$ award from JP Morgan to support a non-profit initiative.
Being identified and selected as a Rising Talent is a fantastic opportunity to boost one’s professional career and to build a strong and rich network thanks to the social connections made with their counterparts as well as with the leading personalities participating in the Women’s Forum.
In 2008, the Rising Talents Programme is developing by recruiting two promotions:
- an International promotion, that will attend the Annual Global Women’s Forum in Deauville (France) with Eurazeo and with the support of Egon Zehnder International.
- a Chinese promotion, that will attend the Women’s Forum Asia in Shanghai (PRC) in partnership with JPMorgan and with the support of Spencer Stuart.
